30-Day Quality Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged or with a production error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Our production partner Gelato will review the issue, and we will either:
- Send a free replacement, or
- Issue a full refund if a replacement isn’t possible
What’s Not Covered
- Incorrect sizes chosen by the customer
- Wrong or incomplete shipping addresses
- Minor color differences due to screen settings
