At PersoWorld, every product is made to order – just for you. As such, we do not offer traditional returns or exchanges on personalized items.


30-Day Quality Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged or with a production error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Our production partner Gelato will review the issue, and we will either:

  • Send a free replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund if a replacement isn’t possible

What’s Not Covered

  • Incorrect sizes chosen by the customer
  • Wrong or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Minor color differences due to screen settings

  • Clear photo(s) of the issue
  • A short description of the problem
